This two days annual event is where UNEB engages Stake Holders on Teaching and Assessment and this year’s event was on 16th to 17th July 2025 at Kyambogo UNEB Auditorium and the Chief guest was the Permanent Secretary MOES Dr. Kedrace Turyagyenda who opened the Engagement while it was closed by Prof. Celestino Obua the Board Chairperson.
1. On day one the Permanent Secretary asked the CAOs, DEOs and all stake holders in the implementation of Education services to help supervise and undertake day to day surveillance of the Teaching and Learning process at the grass root level.
2. The Executive Ditrector Mr. Dan N Odongo thanked the Stake Holders in helping the Board achieve its mandate of carrying out an examination with easy countrywide and asked them always to deploy senior civil servants to distribute the PLE Country wide to curb Malpractice.
3. The Director Examinations Mr. Mike Nangosya highlighted on the way UNEB can help the Special Education Needs Learners on support and allocation of time.
4. The Board Chairperson thanked the Local Government Education Heads for always partnering with UNEB in Examinations Management and even their coming for this 2 days meeting. He also implored them to go back and bring everyone on board for the goodness of Education. The Chairperson on behalf of the Board promised more fora for such engagements at an annual basis.
